This is an important role within the club, which includes the timely collection of membership fees and management of our memberships are vital to our overall financial position.
Here is a lists of duties the role would cover:
Match
- Envelope all forms for the coming season – Match Day Cards, Umpire Reports, Result Sheets
- Gate Money on Match Day
- Give out relevant forms to Team Captains
- Give out money for Umpires and Scorers before the game
- Collect all relevant forms from Team Captains and send to League Secretary (Tuesday Latest)
- Collect Match fees from Team Captains
Membership
- Envelope Membership Packs and distribute
- Collect money for and Register all memberships
- Keep membership register up to date
- Send out reminders when required
- Actively target new members
